My Story.
I am a yogini, breath & movement lover, adventure seeker & professional yoga teacher. My passion has always been working with people and helping others live life with more ease.
I acquired my knowledge & professional experience over many years of traveling the world’s greatest location to practice and teach yoga.
From my military service in the Israeli Defense forces, through my undergraduate degree in Psychology to my role as a business analyst in the tech world, I have always realized the ongoing need in combining well-being content into these fields.
From personal experience I’ve noticed the benefits of the yoga, breath & meditation practice on my life, helping me develop coping mechanisms within stressful environments and situations. Therefor I am looking forward to share this knowledge to as many people and businesses possible.

”Around the pandemic I was still working in a High-tech office job, sitting on a chair and waiting for the day to end so I can go take my regular yoga class. That was honestly the light of my day.
It was when we started working from home when I decided I want to deepen my yoga practice and take a 200h Ashtanga-Vinyasa Teacher Training with my teacher Netta Barnea, and so I did.
The training was a year long but it didn’t take long for me to realize I am leaving my office job to dedicate my life to teach this path that has given me so much
Since then I have been teaching and traveling the world to take more teacher trainings, workshops and courses so I can improve as a yoga student and as a yoga teacher. I have also decided to expand my knowledge to Breathwork and meditation, philosophy, tantra-vinyasa, hands-on adjustments and different touch techniques within the practice.
I see yoga as a way of living. This practice gives me tools to cope with daily stresses and with the overload of stimuli around us. It allows me to feel connected to myself, to others and to the universe. Yoga is all about consistency, discipline and showing up. This practice creates a sense of freedom within the body.
What I found most interesting on my path is that you can devote yourself to this sacred practice and still be whoever you want to be. Or as I like to say ‘I can be this and I can also be that’, It is an expansive practice that creates space and union within.”
“Yoga to me is a way of living. It allows me to feel connected to myself, to others and to the universe.”
